Really disappointed in this book. The front cover shows you large scale ornaments just like I wanted. Well the inside of the book is not like the front cover at all. The designs are so small you can barely see them. I'm not happy with the book at all.
I gave this four instead of five because I wished some of the very detailed drawings were a lot clearer . I purchased this book with he intention as it being a guided to draw ornamental details but I ended up purchasing a magnifying glass as well in order to see the really fine lines that are nearly impossible to notice without some aid. Overall a great and beautiful book. Perfect for anyone thats curious about design or wants a guide to build their skills.
The first book is by far better than this book. This book is more about large motifs then ornamental designs.
